私がこの役職に就いた当初は、わずか40人のチームでした。それが今では400人という規模にまで成長し、共に力を合わせ、日本事業を10倍以上に拡大することができました。
しかし、数字だけでは物語のほんの一部しか語れません。
このような成長は偶然に起こるものではなく、また一人の力で成し遂げられるものでもありません。素晴らしいチームの情熱、粘り強さ、そして卓越した才能によって、日々の一つ一つの取り組みと数々の成果が積み重ねられてきた結果です。創業初期から、つい先月入社された方を含め、これまでチームの一員となってくださったすべての皆様に心から感謝申し上げます。皆様一人ひとりがパロアルトネットワークスジャパンの要であり、その支えとご尽力があってこそ事業が成り立っています。

Reflecting on 12 Years: Our Journey from 40 to 400 and the Road Ahead
Today marks a deeply meaningful personal milestone for me—12 years at Palo Alto Networks Japan.
Looking back to when I first stepped into this role, our team was a tight-knit group of just 40 people. Today, we stand 400 strong. Together, we have grown our Japan business over 10-fold.
Numbers, however, only tell a fraction of the story.
A growth trajectory like this doesn't happen by chance, nor is it the work of a single person. It is built day by day, deal by deal, and milestone by milestone through the passion, resilience, and brilliance of the extraordinary people I have had the privilege to work with. To every team member who has walked through our doors—whether you joined us in the early startup days or just this past month—thank you. You are the heart and soul of this business.
