There are few things my team and I take more pride in than positive feedback from our customers. We spend countless hours building great products, and it means so much to us when customers share their experiences of how we’re helping them transform their organizations.
Today, I’m delighted to announce that Palo Alto Networks received the 2022 Gartner® Peer Insights Voice of the Customer Customers' Choice Recognition for Security Service Edge (SSE).
A Customers’ Choice distinction represents the highest overall rating and maximum level of customers’ interest and adoption. Not only did we receive a Customers' Choice distinction from Gartner, but Palo Alto Networks also received the highest “Willingness to Recommend” percentage of any Customers’ Choice designees at 96%*.
According to Gartner, “Gartner’s Peer Insights is a free peer review and rating platform designed for enterprise software services and decision makers. Reviews go through a strict validation and moderation process in an effort to ensure they are authentic.” They also mention, “Vendors placed in the upper-right quadrant of the “Voice of the ‘Voice of the Customer’ quadrants are recognized with the Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice distinction, denoted with a Customers’ Choice badge. The recognized vendors meet or exceed both the market average Overall Rating and the market average User Interest and Adoption.”
